TeraCopy allows you to easily skip unnecessary files and folders. It includes this ignore list by default:

To apply this list, click on the Filter button and select Ignore > Temp Files. After that, some files will be greyed out and will be skipped during file transfer. To edit this list, click on the Filter button and select Edit.

TeraCopy Pro can automatically apply the chosen ignore list on every file transfer operation. To do this, click on the Filter button and select Ignore > On every operation > Temp Files.

To add files, extensions, or folders from the file list, right-click on a file or folder and select Ignore > File | Folder | Extension.
