Please try running the teracopy.exe installer with /qr switch:

Press Win + R, type %userprofile%\Downloads\teracopy.exe /qr and press Enter.

- Press Win + R, type %userprofile%\Downloads\teracopy.exe /qr and press Enter.

You can also use /exenoui /quiet switches for a silent installation (without UI).

The installer only shows a blank screen and a 'Split' button.
