Favorites Menu Activation

You can activate the favorites menu using the following methods:

  • Click on the first toolbar icon in the Info Panel displayed above the file dialog.

  • Double-click with the left mouse button in a space within Explorer or file dialogs.

  • Click the middle mouse button in file dialogs and supported file managers.

  • Click the Direct Folders icon in the system tray.

  • Press the default hotkey: Win + /.

Recent Menu Activation

You can activate the recent menu using the following methods:

  • Click on the second or third toolbar icons in the Info Panel displayed above the file dialog.

  • Use the Folders and Files submenu on top of the favorites menu.

  • Press the default hotkey: Win + '.

Adding Folders to Favorites

  • Select the 'Add here...' option at the bottom of the favorites menu.

  • Folders can also be added by dragging and dropping them into the configuration dialog.

Removing Folders from Favorites

  • Right-click on a folder in the favorites menu and select 'Remove'.

  • Folders can also be removed by editing favorites in the configuration dialog.

Editing Favorites

  • Right-click on a folder in the favorites menu or on the tray icon and select 'Configure'.

  • Select the folder you want to edit in the tree view on the left.

  • Edit the favorite folder settings in the right pane:

    • Caption: The name of the folder as it will appear in the favorites menu.

    • Path: The path to the folder.

    • Alternative path: Additional path, activated by Shift+Click.

    • Icon: The icon to use for the folder.
